Dear co-workers,
Don't push me around because I'm the new girl. I need the training. Don't get in a hissy fit if I seat a customer or take an order -- I NEED THE FUCKING TRAINING. I'm supposed to help customers if you're doing something. Get the FUCK over it. I'm not going to steal your tip. ZOMG. I'm doing my job properly. But I'm not getting enough proper training because you have to be little fucking whiny asses. Grow up. I'm on day 4 and I still can't balance trays properly because I haven't gotten to take them out much.
Oh and do your fucking work, I'm not here to do your work because you're too fucking lazy. I have my own set of tasks I need to do and worry about. I am fucking tired. I have to generally do 5 things at once plus help customers plus get trained. Also, be glad you're minorities, because you can be lazy like that and slack off, otherwise, if you were white -- you'd get fired so damn fast.
Also, yelling at me because I had to leave a task in the middle of it to take care of YOUR shit that you were assigned to do will equal you getting yelled at hardcore in the break room. Yelling at me will equal you getting yelled at back. And don't start crying when I yell at you, you asked for it.

Dear self,
Please stop putting up with so much shit from people. Yes, I know you're numb to shit in general, you've dealt with it all your life. But thats not an excuse. No, no more. You know you deserve to be treated right, and maybe even loved for once too. You need to set your standards a little higher and speak your mind a little bit more. Who cares if people don't like it. Only care about what you like. And one final note, get some more fucking sleep. Late night gaming should be a no-no.
